Complete your course selection in myBlueprint with input from your grade 8 teachers. Each grade 9 will have 8 courses total – 6 compulsory and 2 electives. See grade 9 course catalogue for further details about course levels and courses offered – One Stream: Academic (D), Essential (L), Destreamed (W) and Community Living and ACTIVE programs (K).

To graduate students need the following:
1 – Earn 30 credits

Are you coming to St. Benedict from a school that is not a part of the WCDSB?
Online Registration for September 2024 is now open.
The first step is to register online.
After you have registered, our guidance administrative assistant will share course selection information. Course selection is due by February 29th, 2024.

Your locker number and combination will be found in your Aspen student portal when registration is completed.
Daily Schedule
Daily Schedule
The regular school day consists of four 75 minute periods. Period 1 and 2 are in the morning, followed by period 3 and lunch B, or lunch A and period 4. Everyone has period 5 in common. A bell rings five minutes before periods 1 and 3 as the “warning bell” for students to move to their classes. There are 5 minutes of travel time between periods.

St Benedict’s is a uniform school – wear it with pride! Every Wednesday, you can choose to wear your Spirit Wear top instead of your uniform top. As well, you can wear your own clothing on Civvies Day by donating to the selected charity several times throughout the year. Listen to announcements for details about when Civvies day are coming!

Are you looking to get a HeadStart on high school? Consider signing up for the 2-day Headstart program or full-credit Bridges to Success course that runs the entire month of July. See the St. Louis website for registration information in March.

Know your supports and “B” your own advocate. Some of the support staff available to students include the Teaching Staff, Chaplain, IEP & Student Success team, Guidance Counselors and Administrators. Connect with one of us whenever you need help.
