Saints Celebrate Ash Wednesday
This morning, our St. Benedict community gathered to begin the Lenten season with our Ash Wednesday liturgy. The celebration was shared through a livestream, followed by the in-person distribution of ashes throughout the school.
The beautiful music from our choir and the seamless support from our tech team enriched the experience, creating a prayerful and reflective atmosphere. The liturgy readers also helped bring depth and meaning to the celebration through their thoughtful proclamations.
As we received the ashes and heard the words, "Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return," we were reminded of the preciousness of life and the call to live with purpose, gratitude, and faith. May this Lenten season be a time of renewal and transformation for all.
