WCDSB  account needed to access form, use your student ‘cloud’ email address.

Class of 2025, this is the official form to request tickets for the Convocation Ceremony on Tuesday June 10th, 2025.  As this form is completed, seats will be assigned to each student’s guests. Tickets will be distributed with your gown and cap in May.

This form will close on Monday April 28th at 7:oopm. Please complete today!  You can go back in and make changes to your responses until the form closes.  

This is NOT the same as the RSVP form (see below for RSVP form).

Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Convocation Tickets:

Why can’t I get into the form?  Do I need to request access?

ONLY STUDENTS in the Class of 2025 can access the form with their WCDSB email.  Parent access requests will NOT be answered.

I heard I automatically get four tickets with my Convocation Fee – do I have to fill out this form?

YES!  This is the OFFICIAL ticket request form that was mentioned on the RSVP.  It is important that you complete this form so your guests are assigned seat numbers.

Do I need to pay for my guest tickets?

No, all tickets are included in the Convocation Fee you paid on School Cash Online.  

What if I don’t need all four tickets?

You can order less than four tickets.  Indicate how many on the form.  

What if I have more than four guests?

Indicate on the form you require four tickets AND extra tickets.  We will assign the FIRST FOUR tickets seat numbers.  Then once the form closes, we can assign the extra seats if available. 

What if I realize I need more tickets?

You can go back into the form and make changes until the form closes on April 28th.  At that point, we will assign the first four tickets requested.  Any remaining tickets will be prioritized to students who requested extra.  If you realize after the deadline that you require more tickets, please let your guidance counselor know, we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.  

Will all my tickets be seated together?

Your first four guests will be seated together.  If you requested extra tickets, those seats will be in a different location than your first four guests.  

Are the tickets general seating?

NO!  The tickets you will receive will be ASSIGNED SEATS, with a designated row and seat number.  It is important that you keep the tickets safe and do not lose them.  

Can I take a photo of my ticket and use that to enter CITS?

No, you must have the physical ticket with you on June 10th, 2025.

What happens if there is a change of plans and I no longer require a guest ticket?

Please return any tickets you don’t require to the main office so we can assign them to other guests.

GRADUATION PHOTOS

There will be no more opportunities for Graduation Photos onsite, at St. Benedict.

If you still need your Graduation photo taken, you will need to book an appointment directly with EdgeImaging at their Guelph Studio. It is a busy time for the studio, so it is very important if you book an appointment you do not miss it. Please book ASAP to ensure there is time to add you to the composite.

CLASS OF 2025 CONVOCATION IMPORTANT INFO

  • All students born in 2007 have been invited to participate in the 2025 St. Benedict C.S.S. Convocation Ceremony, regardless of graduation status.
  • Our Convocation Ceremony is on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025 at Centre in the Square, Kitchener.  Event will begin at 7:00pm.
  • Complete the following CONVOCATION RSVP FORM  (students only-use your wcdsb email to access)
    • this indicates your RSVP for the ceremony, liturgy & breakfast and gown size.
    • Read all the information carefully in the google form and submit as soon as possible.
  • Submit $100 Convocation Fee on School Cash Online.
    • The majority of this fee covers the rental of the facility, each student’s cap and gown, tickets for the event and composite.
  • Tickets: Each student is guaranteed four guest tickets
    • Information will be provided in late March regarding tickets and seating.
    • In April, there will be an official ticket request form available, including the opportunity to request extra tickets,  wheelchair and accessible seating.
    • Please do not contact the main office regarding tickets at this time.
    • *Important note:  If any of your guests require a sign language interpreter, please email Ms. Garza at  shane.pereiragarza@wcdsb.ca to request.
