Our first visit this year to the classic era of Doctor Who takes us back to December of 1974, and the premiere of Tom Baker — all teeth, curls & super-long scarf — as the 4th Doctor, the longest serving Doctor of them all.  As part of our preparation for the upcoming regeneration from Peter Capaldi to Jodie Whittaker, Doctor Who Club will look back over the decades at the debuts of a number of past Doctors, which starts this week with Parts 1 & 2 of ROBOT. For many older fans, Tom Baker was — and remains — THE face of Doctor Who, and it’s time to re-acquaint club members with his magnetic personality.  A reminder that we’re back to regular schedule this week:  Friday, after school, in room 226.
