September Registration

Dear Families,

The Waterloo Catholic District School Board continually strives to find new and improved ways to become more Eco-Friendly.  Beginning with the 2019-2020 school year, St. Benedict C.S.S. will be going, as best we can, paperless!  All School Start Up information, consent forms, and procedural documents, along with start-up fees, will be completed electronically through the School Cash Online program.  The Student Verification Form will be the only document  printed and provided to students. As per WCDSB policy, no paper copies of other forms will be provided and cash will not be accepted by the school.

School Cash Online will be used throughout the year for other school related activities such as field trips, dances, sports, etc.

If you do not already have a School Cash Online account, please go to https://wcdsb.schoolcashonline.com  and register at your earliest convenience.

Student Timetables are distributed at Registration. If you have a timetable issue go to the Guidance Department to book an appointment to see your counsellor. All changes require parent approval.

Lockers and locks are assigned to students for their entire time at St. Benedict’s. New students will receive their lock and combination at registration as well as an assigned locker location. Only St. Benedict Dudley locks may be used on lockers – all others will be removed.
