Please follow the links below to complete your child’s start up requirements and to review important information pertaining to the 2023-2024 school year. Consent Forms & Fees

All MANDATORY School Start Up consent forms, fees, and informational resources are to be completed though School Cash Online before the end of September. When School Cash Online is open for completion, all families will be notified via School Messenger/Newswire.  If you already have an account on School Cash Online, click on this link to proceed. When you log into School Cash Online:

  1. Add the following to your cart: Student Activity Fee $50
  2. Review the following documents:
    • Student Personal Information Collection/Use/Disclosure Notice
    • Violence Threat Risk Assessment: Fair Notice & Process Pamphlet
      (Note: These documents are not to be added to your cart)
  3. Add your completed forms to your cart
  4. Once you are done, proceed to checkout
  5. Print/save a copy of the receipt for your records
  6. If a form asks for a teacher’s name, please type N/A

Student Information Verification Form

  • The Student Information Verification form will be given to students in their homeroom on the first day of school. Parents/Guardians are asked to verify the personal information for their child and return the paperwork before Friday, September 8, 2023.
  • Address information can be reviewed on the ASPEN Parent Portal at any time. Parents/Guardians are asked to register for Aspen Family/Parent Portal and notify the school of any changes to your home address or primary number during the summer. To create an account and how to complete the verification process, see instructions on the bottom left of this page.

Timetable Distribution and First Day of School

  • Student schedules will be visible in the Aspen Student Portal starting August 28th. Click here for instructions.
  • The first day of school is September 5, 2023. This will be a full day of school with full uniform required.
  • Our school day is from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Scroll down for bell times.

  • Previously owned uniform sale on August 31, 2023
    • Grade 9s from 9AM to 11AM
    • Grades 10-12 from 12PM to 2PM
    • Taking place in the school cafeteria – parking at the back of the school
    • The shop will also run the first few weeks of school for students that cannot make the August sale.
