Congratulations on an amazing Convocation evening. Thank you for your attention and making it a true evening of celebrating people. We are so proud of you and your accomplishments. Thank you to all the parent/guardians and guests who joined us - you made the night so special for our students and you should be so proud of your child.

A special thank you to all our Community Donors, your contributions to our awards truly helped us celebrate an incredible group of students. Thank you as well to Colour Paradise for your donation of the flower decor - you made the event look so beautiful.

Attention Graduates
USED UNIFORM COLLECTION
Donate minimally four gently used uniform pieces in exchange for a CIVVIES Pass for the remainder of the term.
|
We will also be collecting grad gowns and SEA devices that are no longer needed.
|
|
If you are unable to make it, you can donate your items to room 215 at any time of the day.

2025 Diploma & Report Card Pick Up – July 16 & 17, 2025
|
Grade 12s! Pick up will be held on Wednesday, July 16th and Thursday, July 17th, between 8AM-2PM. The following documents will be handed out; report cards, transcripts, and applicable diplomas and certificates. A PHOTO ID is REQUIRED upon arrival. If someone is picking up on your behalf, they must bring a signed note of permission. Student cards are an acceptable form of identification. If you are unavailable on these days, diplomas and report cards will be distributed in September when the office re-opens. Marks can also be accessed in the Aspen Parent Portal and on My Blueprint.

Students: Clean out your lockers!
A reminder that ALL STUDENTS are required to clean out their lockers!
|
Lockers must be emptied by Wednesday, June 25th by 11am!
|
|
Everything is to be removed from your locker, the door should be left open, and your lock should be locked on the latch. Anything left behind will be removed, thrown out, or donated where appropriate.

Community Service Hours – for 2025 Graduates
It is a requirement of graduation that each student complete 40 hours of community service. There are many opportunities to fulfill this requirement. Potential graduates should submit their hours to the Guidance office as soon as possible, so it can be recorded for graduation. The WCDSB Community Involvement Activity Record can be found here.

Online Waiver Form – for 2025 Graduates

It is a requirement of graduation that each student complete two online learning credits. Parents/guardians are able to complete the online waiver form to opt out of these courses. If your student has not completed 2 online courses, please complete the online waiver form.

Track and Field members OFSAA bound
The Track and Field team is making history! Nine of our athletes have qualified for OFSAA in individual events — the most of any school in WCSSAA or D8! And our 9 athletes didn’t just qualify — they earned spots in 12 events total! The top performances at OFSAA Regionals were:

- 1st Place: Kseniya Smith- High Jump,
- 2nd Place: Johnny Lalonde-Nguyen-Shot Put, Austin Gordon-100 Meter and 800 Meter, and the Novice Girls 4x100m Relay made up of Kseniya Smith, Kailin Shea, Avery Andersson, and Olivia Titaro)
- 3rd Place: Avery Andersson-100 Meter, Lilliana DeSilva-Pole Vault, Larenove Kottackel-Shot Put
- 4th place: Johnny Lalonde-Nguyen-100 Meter, Sophia Idzik-Pole vault, Olivia Titaro-200 Meter, Kailin Shea-300 M hurdles
OFSAA Rankings Highlights:

- Kseniya Smith is the OFSAA Regionals High Jump Champion and is ranked #1 in Ontario this week!
- The Novice Girls 4x100m Relay team is ranked 3rd in the province.
- Sophia Idzik-Pole Vault, Kaylin Shea-300 M Hurdles, and Austin Gordon-100 Meter each hold a Top 5 ranking in their respective events.
