Student Parking Pass Requirement
Dear St. Benedict Families,
To help us maintain a safe and organized parking lot for all students and staff, we are requiring that all students who drive to school display a valid parking pass by December 1st, 2025.
Please note: we have a limited number of parking passes available for students.
Students can register their vehicle by completing the Parking Pass Request Form, available on their classes’ D2L page or through the link here: https://forms.office.com/r/Pyd1thXF1H. Passes can be picked up in the main office once registration is complete.
We appreciate your support in reinforcing this expectation with your student. After December 1st, vehicles parked on school property without a valid pass may receive warnings or lose parking privileges.
Thank you for helping us keep our school community safe and well organized.

Christmas Supports: Food, Toys/Gifts for Families in Need
As we approach the holiday season, we recognize that this year has brought financial challenges for many in our community. With rising costs and economic uncertainty, the joy and warmth of Christmas may feel out of reach for some families. Organizations that are providing Food Hamper and Gift supports can be found here:
In addition, Family Outreach Workers walk with families by problem-solving solutions together, connecting them with services in their community and providing direct support when necessary. Contact information can be found here:

Something hot cookin' up in Hospitality...
Last week, a project that was several months in the making came to fruition. Our Hospitality OYAP students made some fermented scotch bonnet hot sauce with fresh peppers from our school garden.
According to hospitality teacher Mrs. Collu, "it is about a 7/10 heat level. Not too much to blow your palate, but enough to add a nice kick to anything you put it on."
