Class of 2026: Important Convocation Information
Tomorrow is your big day!
- Graduates are expected to arrive to Centre in the Square no later than 5:45pm!
- Please make sure you are wearing your navy gown, stole, cap and tassel when you arrive. All items are to be worn as given to you in May.
- Follow the direction of staff and make your way to the sign-in table.
- Read your Grad Letter Entirely.

Graduation Ticket Information
o Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office in advance or on the day of graduation.
o Mobile tickets must be presented directly from Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for entry.
Screenshots cannot be used for entry.
If you are sharing mobile tickets with family members, please transfer each ticket through your KWTickets.ca account so every guest has their own ticket on their device before arriving.
We strongly recommend downloading and transferring tickets in advance to ensure smooth entry. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call the Box Office at 519-578-1570.
PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is available at a cost in Downtown Kitchener parking lots and parking is free on city streets around the Centre in the Square. We recommend car pooling if possible and leaving early to give yourself time.
