Mr. Hodgins is a certified chef with 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry and has been at St. Benedict’s for the past 2 years teaching Hospitality and Tourism.  He teaches grades 10,11 and 12 and is also a coordinator and mentor for Skills Canada.
