Mr. Hodgins is a certified chef with 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has been at St. Benedict’s since 2017 teaching Hospitality and Tourism. He teaches grades 10, 11 and 12 and is also a coordinator and mentor for Skills Canada.
