Open to all grade 9 and 10 boys.

Tryouts and practices

All grade 9 and 10 boys interested in trying out for the junior boys soccer team please come to an important meeting in the lecture hall on Thursday September 6th at 2:05, followed by a tryout on the back field. Tryouts will continue on Friday September 7th at 2:15 on the back field. Don’t forget your cleats and water bottles. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Mr. Dufresne in the PHE office, Mr. Briere or Mr. Chaves.

Jr. Saints advance to semis in Viking Cup tournament

In Viking cup action at Woodside Park in Kitchener, the JR Saints won their first match against WCI in dramatic fashion in a sudden death penalty shoutout. Logan Heckenhofer made two spectacular saves to help seal the win. The second match was a hard fought battle against Cameron Heights with the game winning goal scored by Carson Brown in the 40th minute. The Saints defence and keeper Tyler Rodrigues came up with some big stops late in the game to take the match 1-0.

The Saints will be playing their semifinal at 4 today at Woodside Park.

Finals would be at 5 if we win.
