  • Applicant must be entering their first year to fourth year of post-secondary education.
  • Applicant must be entering a program (degree, diploma, certificate) that is related to Dream’s operations, i.e., Business, Business Technology, Civil Engineering, Community Development, Construction, Electrician, Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Maintenance Management, Marketing, Office Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, Urban Development, or Urban Planning
  •  High Academic Achievement
  •  Volunteer and Community Contribution
