Consent Forms & Fees
All MANDATORY School Start Up consent forms, fees, and informational resources are to be completed though School Cash Online before the end of September. When School Cash Online is open for completion, all families will be notified via School Messenger/Newswire. If you already have an account on School Cash Online, click on this link to proceed. - Add the following to your cart: Student Activity Fee $50
- Review the following documents:

- Once you are done, proceed to checkout

Student Information Verification Form
- The Student Information Verification form will be given to students in their homeroom on the first day of school. Parents/Guardians are asked to verify the personal information for their child and return the paperwork before Friday, September 12, 2025.
- Address information can be reviewed on the ASPEN Parent Portal at any time. Parents/Guardians are asked to register for Aspen Family/Parent Portal and notify the school of any changes to your home address or primary number during the summer. To create an account and how to complete the verification process, see instructions on the bottom left of this page.
Timetable Distribution and First Day of School
- Student schedules will be visible in the Aspen Student Portal on August 25th, 2025. Click here for instructions.
- The first day of school is September 3, 2025. This will be a full day of school with full uniform required.
- Our school day is from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Scroll down for bell times.
For Bus Students Only
- Important temporary bus cancellations information can be found here.
- Transportation information will be available on the Student Transportation of Waterloo Region (STSWR) at the end of August. Login to https://www.stswr.ca/ view.

- STSWR—Do Not Ride Form (only required for bus students who opt not to utilize this form of transportation)

- Previously owned uniform sale on Tuesday, September 2nd
- Grade 9s from 8:30AM-10:30AM
- Grade 10s, 11s & 12s from 10:30AM-12:00PM
- Taking place in the school gym – parking at the back entrance of the school
- $10 per item – MAX of 4 items per family
- Students can come to a “pop up Bennies Uniform Shop” that will run during the month of September – please pay attention to morning announcements for details
- Methods of payment are debit and credit only, NO CASH
- Please bring a bag to receive your items
